高職院校裝備制造類專業(yè)校企資源深度融合的探索

摘 要:本論文從人才培養(yǎng)、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)、社會(huì)服務(wù)、文化傳承五個(gè)方面闡述了校企資源深度融合的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和內(nèi)容,旨在推進(jìn)產(chǎn)教融合,校企合作,工學(xué)結(jié)合,知行合一的高職辦學(xué)理念,積極探索校企資源深度融合的新途徑,對(duì)于開展現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育模式具有一定的借鑒意義。

Abstract:This paper expounds the standards and contents of the deep integration of school enterprise resources from five aspects: talent training, technological innovation, employment and entrepreneurship, social service and cultural heritage. The article is to promote the integration of production and education, school enterprise cooperation, work study combination, combination of knowledge and practice, and actively explores new ways of deep integration of school and enterprise resources, which has certain reference significance for developing modern vocational education model.
