精益思想在A口罩生產(chǎn)車間的應(yīng)用研究

摘 要：闡述精益思想在口罩生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)用具有重要意義，分析A口罩生產(chǎn)車間存在的主要問題，應(yīng)用工業(yè)工程、TPM、標(biāo)準化及現(xiàn)場改善等方法，開展降本增效、提質(zhì)量改善，對比改善前后數(shù)據(jù)，取得不錯效益，對口罩行業(yè)精益化生產(chǎn)具有借鑒意義。

Abstract：The article explains that the application of lean thinking in mask production is of great significance， analyzes the main problems in the A mask production workshop， applies industrial engineering， TPM， standardization and on-site improvement methods， carries out cost reduction and efficiency enhancement， quality improvement， and compares before and after improvements. The data has achieved good benefits， which can be used as a reference for the lean production of the mask industry.

1 引言

隨著新冠疫情出現(xiàn)，全球?qū)谡值确揽匚镔Y需求激增，國內(nèi)很多企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)口罩，為疫情防控做出了重要貢獻，但在口罩生產(chǎn)過程中，也暴露了很多問題，如：設(shè)備布局不精益、生產(chǎn)效率低、質(zhì)量問題頻出等。（剩余2283字）
