一種車體轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要:根據(jù)車身整體往復(fù)桿生產(chǎn)線車體轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)機(jī)構(gòu)工作原理、技術(shù)要求和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),針對現(xiàn)有車體轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的弊端,開發(fā)更穩(wěn)定、高效、簡潔和便于維護(hù)的車體轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)機(jī)構(gòu)。采用車體兩側(cè)同步舉升和伺服電機(jī)輸送方式,應(yīng)用直線導(dǎo)軌滑移,使新機(jī)構(gòu)更精確,更便于控制,提高運(yùn)行效率和降低故障率,減少運(yùn)行成本。

Abstract:According to the working principle, technical requirements and structural design of the car body transfer mechanism of the whole body reciprocating rod production line, aiming at the disadvantages of the existing car body transfer mechanism, a more stable, efficient, concise and easy to maintain car body transfer mechanism is developed. The synchronous lifting on both sides of the car body and the conveying method of servo motor are adopted, and the sliding of linear guide rail is used to make the new mechanism more accurate and easier to control, improve operating efficiency and reduce failure rate, and reduce operating costs.
