高爐渣熱資源回收及利用展望

摘 要:高爐渣是在冶煉過程中產(chǎn)生的副產(chǎn)物,爐渣的綜合利用有助于節(jié)能減排,本文介紹了爐渣的成分組成和物理化學性質,闡述目前爐渣的熱資源回收技術及利用現(xiàn)狀,得出氣淬高爐渣工藝在回收高溫熔渣熱量時可保證高附加值產(chǎn)物的生產(chǎn),高爐渣氣淬?;夹g有望成為高爐渣最有前景的利用途徑。

Blast furnace slag heat resource recovery and prospect of utilization

Abstract:Blast furnace slag is a byproduct produced in the smelting process.The comprehensive utilization of slag is helpful for energy saving and emission reduction.This paper introduces the composition and physical and chemical properties of slag,and expounds the current heat resource recovery technology and utilization status of slag.The gas quenching blast furnace slag process can ensure the production of high value-added products when recovering the heat of high temperature slag.The blast furnace slag gas quenching and granulation technology is expected to become the most promising way of utilizing blast furnace slag.
