以崗位勝任力為導(dǎo)向的醫(yī)學(xué)生臨床實(shí)踐能力培養(yǎng)路徑探析

摘 要：臨床實(shí)踐能力培養(yǎng)是醫(yī)學(xué)教育中的重要一環(huán)，也是崗位勝任力培養(yǎng)的重要環(huán)節(jié)之一。針對(duì)在臨床實(shí)踐中存在的一些不足，研究者分析了實(shí)踐教學(xué)中存在的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，以崗位勝任力為導(dǎo)向，從五個(gè)方面給出了提高醫(yī)學(xué)生臨床實(shí)踐能力的路徑，并在我校臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)中進(jìn)行了臨床實(shí)踐探索，取得了良好效果。

Abstract：The cultivation of clinical practice ability is an important link in medical education as well as an important link in the cultivation of post competence.In view of some deficiencies in clinical practice，the deficiencies were analyzed in practical teaching by the researchers.The pathways to improve the clinical practice ability of medical students are given based on post competence from five aspects.The practical exploration was carried out in clinical medicine specialty of our school.The good results was achieved.
