高職院校學(xué)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量提升的策略研究

摘要    就業(yè)質(zhì)量是就業(yè)的主要內(nèi)容，同時(shí)也是就業(yè)問題的更高要求、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要指標(biāo)、國家民生保障的重要載體。高職院校學(xué)生就業(yè)人數(shù)與本科院校學(xué)生就業(yè)人數(shù)相當(dāng)，但就業(yè)質(zhì)量不高的問題始終存在。提升高職院校學(xué)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量和實(shí)現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量就業(yè)，是未來職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的迫切任務(wù)。

Abstract    The quality of employment is not only the main content of employment，but also the higher requirements of employment，an important indicator of regional economic development，and an important carrier of national livelihood security. The number of students in higher vocational colleges is equal to that in undergraduate colleges，but the problem of low quality of employment always exists. It is an urgent task for the development of vocational education in the future to improve the employment quality of students in higher vocational colleges and achieve high- quality employment.
