摘  要：針對道路通行能力、安全性、舒適性等方面，選取若干定性指標(biāo)和定量指標(biāo)，采用層次分析法（AHP法）構(gòu)造鄉(xiāng)村公路管養(yǎng)效能評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，并應(yīng)用該方法對某鎮(zhèn)管養(yǎng)的數(shù)條路段進(jìn)行客觀、全面地分析，有力地驗(yàn)證該模型在鄉(xiāng)村公路管養(yǎng)效能評價(jià)中的應(yīng)用及可操作性。

Abstract： Aiming at the aspects of road capacity， safety and comfort， a number of qualitative and quantitative indexes are selected， and the evaluation index system of rural highway management and maintenance efficiency is constructed by using analytic hierarchy process（AHP）. This method is used to analyze several sections of a town objectively and comprehensively， which effectively verifies the application and maneuverability of the model in the evaluation of rural highway management and maintenance efficiency.
