二維橢圓零件排樣問題研究

摘  要:文章通過分析、確定決策變量和約束條件,建立最優(yōu)化的排布模型、矩形排布模型和整數(shù)規(guī)劃模型等,對零件最優(yōu)切割方案進(jìn)行分析與研究。結(jié)合當(dāng)前現(xiàn)有研究,參考一種圓的密排結(jié)構(gòu)以及在仿射坐標(biāo)系下的變換提出橢圓的密排結(jié)構(gòu),并對橢圓工業(yè)零件最優(yōu)切割方案進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。

Abstract: In this paper, through analysis, decision variables and constraints are determined, and the optimal layout model, rectangular layout model and integer programming model are established, and the optimal cutting scheme of parts is analyzed and studied. Combined with the current research, referring to the tight structure of a circle and the transformation in the affine coordinate system, the tight structure of the ellipse is put forward, and the optimal cutting scheme of the elliptical industrial parts is designed.
