岸橋司機(jī)室空調(diào)外機(jī)緩沖架的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)

摘  要：文章介紹新設(shè)計(jì)的一種用于岸橋司機(jī)室的空調(diào)外機(jī)緩沖架，在岸橋小車振動(dòng)無法避免的情況下，將振蕩源與空調(diào)壓縮機(jī)隔離，用以解決岸橋司機(jī)室的家用分體式冷暖空調(diào)頻繁出現(xiàn)斷管、漏氨等故障，實(shí)踐表明該緩沖架對(duì)延長(zhǎng)岸橋司機(jī)室家用空調(diào)壽命有良好的效果。

Abstract： This paper introduces a newly designed external air conditioning buffer frame used in the quayside crane driver's room， which isolates the vibration source from the air conditioning compressor when the vibration of the quayside crane trolley is unavoidable. It is used to solve the frequent pipe breakage and ammonia leakage of household split air conditioners in the cab of quayside crane. The practice shows that the buffer frame has a good effect on prolonging the life of household air conditioners in the quayside crane cab.
