摘  要：我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展使人們的生活質(zhì)量提高，但與此同時電力使用量也與日俱增，因此有必要加強配電網(wǎng)的建設(shè)工作。而在配電網(wǎng)建設(shè)過程中，改造規(guī)劃尤為重要，會決定今后電力行業(yè)的發(fā)展。所以文章對這一環(huán)節(jié)的工作著重進行分析，以為電力工程的配電網(wǎng)建設(shè)工作提供有價值的參考依據(jù)。

Abstract： The development of China's economy has improved people's lives. But at the same time， the use of electricity is also increasing day by day， so it is necessary to strengthen the construction of distribution network. In the process of distribution network construction， transformation planning is particularly important， which will determine the development of the power industry in the future. Therefore， the article focuses on the analysis of the work of this link， in order to provide a valuable reference for the distribution network construction of power engineering.
