摘 要:采用Solidworks軟件實現(xiàn)對機械結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計,依據(jù)流程分析實現(xiàn)軟件設(shè)計,以滿足工業(yè)生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域替代性作業(yè)機器人的設(shè)計需求,在控制技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上展開對曝氣池清洗曝氣盤機械作業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,實現(xiàn)一種用于污水池中水下曝氣盤的清洗機器人設(shè)計。

Abstract: The design and realization of the mechanical structure is realized by using Solidworks software, and the software design is realized according to the process analysis, in order to meet the design requirements of the alternative operation robot in the industrial production field. Based on the control technology, the mechanical operation structure design of the aeration plate for the aeration tank cleaning is carried out, and the design of a cleaning robot for the underwater aeration plate for the sewage tank is realized.

當今工業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,工業(yè)污水的排放逐漸增多,影響著實際生產(chǎn)生活,而在污水處理環(huán)節(jié)中,最為緊要的是能夠處理廢水中好養(yǎng)生物量的維持,而曝氣盤就是這一生物量維持的關(guān)鍵所在,曝氣盤能夠曝氣產(chǎn)生該生物維持生存所需的溶解養(yǎng)量以及促進水下流體運動,增加處理廢水的接觸面積從而提高對污水處理的效率。(剩余3345字)
