地方政府投資項(xiàng)目庫(kù)建設(shè)思考與實(shí)踐

摘 要：文章通過(guò)分析地方政府投資項(xiàng)目庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建中存在的問(wèn)題，提出構(gòu)建政府投資項(xiàng)目庫(kù)系統(tǒng)的思路，通過(guò)項(xiàng)目申報(bào)模塊、項(xiàng)目評(píng)審模塊、預(yù)算管理模塊、績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)模塊的結(jié)合，提高政府投資項(xiàng)目庫(kù)管理水平，以期推動(dòng)政府投資項(xiàng)目高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

Abstract：This article analyzes the problems in the construction of a local government investment project database management system and proposes the ideas of building a government investment project database system.By combining the project application module，project evaluation module，budget management module，and performance evaluation module，the level of government investment project database management is improved and the high-quality development of government investment projects is promoted.
