摘 要：在“雙碳”背景下，文章基于包頭市光伏新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢，以包頭職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院電氣工程系為例，在市場需求分析和校企合作基礎(chǔ)上，構(gòu)建了融合招生、培養(yǎng)和就業(yè)為一體的人才培養(yǎng)體系。并從學(xué)校和系部兩個層面進行了實施，以保證人才培養(yǎng)工作的有效進行。

Establishment of a “Three-line” Talent Training system

Abstract：Under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality，this paper takes the Electrical Engineering Department of Baotou Vocational and Technical College as an example to analyze the market demand and school-enterprise cooperation based on the development trend of photovoltaic new energy industry in Baotou，builds a talent training system integrating enrollment，training and employment，and implements it from school and department to ensure the effective progress of talent training.
