高職院校柔性引進高層次、高技能人才探析

摘 要:高職院校面對“雙高”“升本”等任務(wù)的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),柔性引進就成為改善和加強高層次、高技能人才隊伍建設(shè)的重要手段,高職院校人力資源管理的柔性化是知識經(jīng)濟時代的必然趨勢。本文分析當前高職院校傳統(tǒng)人力資源管理模式面臨的挑戰(zhàn),闡述了柔性引進高層次、高技能人才的必然性以及柔性引進模式的構(gòu)建思路。

Abstract:Faced with the opportunities and challenges of “double high” and “promotion to undergraduate college”,flexible introduction has become an important means to improve and strengthen the construction of high-level and high-skill talents.The flexibility of human resource management in vocational colleges is an inevitable trend in the era of knowledge economy.This paper analyzes the challenges faced by vocational colleges in the traditional human resource management mode,and expounds the necessity of flexible introduction of high-level and high-skill talents and the construction of flexible introduction mode.
