食品技術(shù)原理課程思政建設(shè)的探索與實(shí)踐

摘要將思政元素融入專業(yè)課程是新時(shí)代教育背景下實(shí)現(xiàn)“全程育人、全方位育人”的基本要求。以食品技術(shù)原理課程為例,結(jié)合課程知識特點(diǎn)和教學(xué)目標(biāo),闡述了課程思政教育的必要性,深度挖掘和分析思政要素融合的切入點(diǎn)及思政教育的實(shí)踐要點(diǎn),使課程思政和思政課程同向同行,為食品專業(yè)課程思政教育制度體系的建立奠定基礎(chǔ)。

AbstractIntegrating ideological and political elements into professional courses is the basic requirement to realize “whole process and all-round education” under the educational background of the new era. This article taking the course of Principles of Food Technology as an example, combined with the characteristics of curriculum knowledge and teaching objectives, the necessity of curriculum ideological and political education was expounded, the entry point of the integration of ideological and political elements and the practical key points of ideological and political education were deeply excavated and analyzed, so as to make the curriculum ideological and political and ideological and political courses go hand in hand, and lay a certain foundation for the establishment of the ideological and political education system of food majors.
