六盤(pán)水野生蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展建議
摘要六盤(pán)水野生蔬菜資源豐富,但開(kāi)發(fā)利用較少,且規(guī)模較小。對(duì)六盤(pán)水野生蔬菜現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,根據(jù)野生蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題,提出當(dāng)?shù)匾吧卟水a(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的建議,以期為當(dāng)?shù)匾吧卟碎_(kāi)發(fā)利用提供思路。

Research on the Industrialization of Wild Vegetable in Liupanshui

AbstractLiupanshui City has rich natural wild vegetable resource, which has not been well exploited or utilized, so the scale is very limited.This paper elaborated the current situation of wild vegetable, and some common problems in its industrialization process. Some advises were offered to effectively improve the growth of the industrialization of wild vegetable.

野生蔬菜,簡(jiǎn)稱野菜,是指未經(jīng)人工栽培,自然生長(zhǎng)在山野、荒坡、路邊、溝渠、田埂等各種地塊,受不同氣候、土壤、水分等天然環(huán)境而自行生長(zhǎng)的,可供人們采摘、作為蔬菜而食用的一類植物群體[1]。(剩余4725字)
