黨建引領(lǐng)科技事業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展“五個一”模式實踐與探索

———以江蘇省農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院宿遷農(nóng)科所為例

摘要以研究黨建引領(lǐng)科技事業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展為目標，針對科研單位在發(fā)揮黨建引領(lǐng)方面存在認識不全面、創(chuàng)新性缺乏、激勵措施不足、考核體系不健全等問題，在江蘇省農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院宿遷農(nóng)科所探索開展“五個一”模式實踐與探索，找準黨建與業(yè)務(wù)能夠更好融合的結(jié)合點，切實發(fā)揮黨建的引領(lǐng)作用。

AbstractAiming at the problems of incomplete understanding， lack of innovation， lack of incentive measures and unsound assessment system of scientific research institutions in playing the leading role of party construction， this paper explores the practice of “five-ones” mode in Suqian Agricultural Research Institute of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences， so as to find a better integration point between party construction and business， give full play to the leading role of party building.
