雅安藏茶的化學(xué)成分及生物活性研究進(jìn)展

摘要雅安藏茶是四川黑茶的一種,屬后發(fā)酵茶,歷史悠久,具有降脂、助消化、抗氧化及抗輻射等保健功效,是藏族人民的生活必需品。對雅安藏茶的主要化學(xué)成分及其生物活性的研究進(jìn)行了綜述,旨在為雅安藏茶進(jìn)一步的研究指明方向。

Research Progress on Chemical Composition and Biological Activity of Ya’an Tibetan Tea

AbstractYa’an Tibetan tea is a kind of dark tea in Sichuan Province,belongs to post-fermented tea with lose weight,improving digestion,antioxidant,anti-radiation and other health function.Ya’an Tibetan tea which has a long history of production and marketing is the daily necessity of the minority living in the Tibet region.In this paper,the research progress on volatile substances,non-volatile substances and biological activity of Ya’an Tibetan tea was reviewed,and the future research interests of Ya’an Tibetan tea were also discussed preliminarily.

雅安藏茶(Ya’an Tibetan tea)是四川黑茶的一種,其加工工藝主要是以雅安產(chǎn)茶區(qū)產(chǎn)出的1芽5葉以內(nèi)的新梢或綠毛茶為原料,經(jīng)殺青、揉捻、干燥、渥堆等初制工藝形成黑毛茶,再通過整理、拼配、蒸壓、干燥等精制工藝制成黑茶類產(chǎn)品,其品質(zhì)特征為褐葉紅湯、陳醇回甘[1],因產(chǎn)于雅安銷往藏區(qū)而得名,歷史悠久,是藏族人民的重要生活物資。(剩余10950字)
