川牛膝和懷牛膝化學(xué)成分提取分離及含量測定研究進(jìn)展

摘要 川牛膝和懷牛膝為道地藥材，臨床使用廣泛，療效顯著，其成分三萜皂苷類、甾酮類、多糖類生物活性顯著，為其發(fā)揮藥效的主要物質(zhì)?？偨Y(jié)國內(nèi)外公開發(fā)表的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)，對川牛膝和懷牛膝中三萜皂苷類、甾酮類、多糖類成分的提取分離及含量測定研究進(jìn)行綜述，以期為其有效成分進(jìn)一步研究及開發(fā)提供參考。

Abstract Cyathulae Radix and Achyranthis Bidentatae Radixpolysaccharides are genuine crude drugs. It’s clinical application is extensive， and the activated ingredients are triterpenoid saponins， sterone compounds and polysaccharide. This paper summarizes the extraction and determination methods of chemical constituents in Cyathulae Radix and Achyranthis Bidentatae Radixpolysaccharides， and provides a reference for its further development and utilization

川牛膝為莧科植物川牛膝Cyathula officinalis Kuan的干燥根，是川產(chǎn)道地藥材，主要產(chǎn)自雅安市天全縣、寶興縣、漢源縣以及樂山的金河口區(qū)，重慶、云南、貴州亦有分布;懷牛膝為河南省焦作市特產(chǎn)，是中國國家地理標(biāo)志產(chǎn)品。（剩余8108字）
