新時期高職院校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)途徑

摘 要：學(xué)前教育擔(dān)負(fù)著我國兒童健康成長和高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的重要任務(wù)。在新時期背景下該專業(yè)人才需要具有較強(qiáng)的綜合素質(zhì)，通過不斷優(yōu)化人才培養(yǎng)的方式、方法，創(chuàng)新教學(xué)模式，打造“雙師型”教師隊伍，以保障該類專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)能夠滿足實際需求。

Paths for Cultivating Preschool Education Talentsin Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

Abstract：Preschool education bears the important task of ensuring the healthy growth and high-quality development of children in China.In the context of the new era，professionals in this field need to have strong comprehensive qualities.This can be achieved by continuously optimizing the ways and methods of talent cultivation，innovating teaching models，and building a “dual-teacher” faculty team，to ensure that the cultivation of talents in this field can meet practical needs.
