用統(tǒng)計(jì)能量方法分析和優(yōu)化前圍聲學(xué)包

摘 要:前圍聲學(xué)包是阻隔機(jī)艙內(nèi)噪聲向車(chē)內(nèi)傳遞的最主要手段。建立SEA模型,從材料參數(shù)、厚度和覆蓋率等方面分析內(nèi)前圍的隔聲性能,從泄漏方面分析過(guò)孔件的隔聲性能,對(duì)前圍聲學(xué)包進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,以提高其隔聲性能,降低整車(chē)車(chē)內(nèi)噪聲。

Statistical Energy Analysis And Optimization of Dash Sound Package

Abstract:Dash sound package is the most important means to block the noise in cabin from transmitting to vehicle. This paper builds the SEA model, analyzes the sound insulation performance of the inner enclosure from the aspects of material parameters, thickness and coverage, analyzes the sound insulation performance of the perforated parts in terms of leakage, and optimizes the dash sound package of the front enclosure, so as to improve its sound insulation performance and reduce the noise in vehicle.
