軋輥失效形式及修復方法的研究進展
摘 要:軋輥是鋼材軋制過程中主要的消耗部件,其制備工藝復雜、價格昂貴、失效率高。通過對幾種在實際生產(chǎn)過程中常見的失效形式以及軋輥的修復技術進行分析研究,對延長軋輥壽命、提高鋼材軋制生產(chǎn)效率、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和產(chǎn)量,以及減少資源和能源浪費等具有重大意義,可為軋輥的二次利用提供參考。

Research Progress on Failure Forms and Repair Methods of Roll

Abstract:Roll is the main consumption part in the process of steel rolling, and its preparation process, howerver, is complex, expensive and high failure rate. To address the problems, this paper analyzes and studies several common failure forms in actual production process and roller repair technology, which is significant for prolonging the life of rolls, improving the efficiency of steel rolling, enhancing the product quality and output and reducing the waste of resources and energy, and can provide good references for secondary utilization of rolls.
