摘 要:蘋果醋飲料調(diào)配過濾是蘋果醋飲料生產(chǎn)的重要環(huán)節(jié)之一,其效果直接影響到產(chǎn)品感官及穩(wěn)定性。本文對蘋果醋飲料過濾工藝技術(shù)進行了研究,最終確認用0.45 μm PE過濾袋替代精細過濾紙板的過濾工藝能較好保證蘋果醋飲料品質(zhì),同時可減少紙板過濾產(chǎn)生的廢水、廢紙板,達到節(jié)能降耗的目的。

Research on the Filtration Technology of Apple Cider Vinegar Beverage

Abstract: Filtration of apple cider vinegar beverage is one of the important links in the production of apple cider vinegar beverage, and its effect has a direct impact on the sensory and stability of the product. In this paper, the filtration technology of apple cider vinegar beverage was studied, and it was finally confirmed that the filtration process of replacing the fine filtering cardboard with 0.45 μm PE filter bag could better guarantee the quality of apple cider vinegar beverage, and at the same time, it could reduce the waste water and waste cardboard produced by cardboard filtration and realize the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
