摘 要：在工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和智能制造的大背景下，本文結(jié)合食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)在供應(yīng)鏈管理、生產(chǎn)過(guò)程質(zhì)量控制、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量追溯、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量改進(jìn)方面存在的難點(diǎn)，闡述了一種基于工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和智能制造技術(shù)的食品生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量管理體系的構(gòu)建與實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程。
