高效液相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用技術在食品添加劑檢測中的使用
摘 要:隨著食品產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展和全球貿(mào)易的增加,食品添加劑的使用日益普遍。為了保障公眾的健康和消費者的權益,對食品中添加劑進行準確、高效的檢測和監(jiān)控顯得尤為重要。本文綜述了高效液相-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用技術及其在食品添加劑檢測中的使用,以期為食品行業(yè)中的添加劑檢測提供有益的參考。

The Using of High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry in the Detection of Food Additives

Abstract: With the development of the food industry and the increase in global trade, the use of food additives has become increasingly common. In order to protect the health of the public and the rights and interests of consumers, it is particularly important to carry out accurate and efficient detection and monitoring of additives in food. In this paper, high performance liquid-mass spectrometry and its application in the detection of food additives are reviewed, in order to provide useful reference for the detection of additives in food industry.
