食品加工中的安全問題及策略研究
摘 要:隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,人們對物質(zhì)生活的要求不斷提高,當食品企業(yè)在創(chuàng)新發(fā)展時,食品加工的深度也不斷擴展。文章從食品加工中存在的安全問題著手,結(jié)合安全管理的現(xiàn)實挑戰(zhàn),研究食品加工的安全管理策略,為食品企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和人們的健康安全提供保障。

Abstract: With the development of economy, people’s requirements for material life are constantly improving. While food enterprises are innovating and developing, the depth of food processing is also constantly expanding. Starting from the safety problems existing in food processing, combined with the practical challenges of safety management, this paper studies the safety management strategy of food processing, in order to provide guarantees for the sustainable development of food enterprises and people’s health and safety.

食品加工是采用一定的食品加工技術(shù)對食品原料進行處理,從而制成可銷售的食品的過程,如谷物磨制、肉類加工、蔬菜罐頭等食品的加工活動。(剩余4526字)
