摘 要：在當(dāng)今全球化的食品供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下，食品安全管理成為人們關(guān)注的焦點。為了確保食品的質(zhì)量和安全，傳統(tǒng)的食品安全管理面臨著許多挑戰(zhàn)。本研探討了區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)的特點、食品安全管理存在的問題以及區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)在食品安全管理中的應(yīng)用，旨在提升食品安全管理的效率和可信度，為人們的飲食健康保駕護(hù)航。

Research on the Application of Blockchain Technology in Food Safety Management

Abstract： In today’s global food supply chain environment， food safety management has become the focus of attention. In order to ensure the quality and safety of food， traditional food safety management faces many challenges. This study discusses the characteristics of blockchain technology， the problems existing in food safety management and the application of blockchain technology in food safety management， aiming at improving the efficiency and credibility of food safety management and escorting people’s dietary health.
