基于大數(shù)據(jù)的食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警體系構(gòu)建
摘 要:本文分析了傳統(tǒng)食品安全監(jiān)管和預(yù)警手段的不足,概述了大數(shù)據(jù)在食品安全領(lǐng)域的作用,并從多源數(shù)據(jù)采集與整合、數(shù)據(jù)處理與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警模型的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)方面構(gòu)建基于大數(shù)據(jù)的食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警體系,為實(shí)現(xiàn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警提供了新的思路和方法。

Construction of Food Safety Risk Early Warning System Based on Big Data

Abstract: This article analyzes the shortcomings of traditional food safety supervision and warning methods, outlines the role of big data in the field of food safety, and constructs a food safety risk warning system based on big data from the aspects of multi-source data collection and integration, data processing and risk analysis, and the design and implementation of risk warning models. It provides new ideas and methods for achieving risk warning.
