摘 要：汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)試驗(yàn)是一項(xiàng)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)目茖W(xué)工作，檢驗(yàn)是一項(xiàng)重要的工作環(huán)節(jié)，他關(guān)乎各種產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。本文以發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)臺架試驗(yàn)活塞環(huán)油環(huán)刮片翻邊故障為研究對象，詳細(xì)解析闡述活塞環(huán)的設(shè)計(jì)及工藝裝配要求，再通過案例解析活塞環(huán)刮片運(yùn)行性能試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證、失效模式分析，并制定裝配改進(jìn)方案。

Abstract：Automobile engine test is a rigorous scientific work， inspection is an important link in the work， he is related to the quality of various products. In this paper， the flanging failure of piston oil ring in engine bench test is taken as the research object， the design and process assembly requirements of piston ring are analyzed in detail， and then the operation performance test verification and failure mode analysis of piston ring scraper are analyzed through the case， and the assembly improvement scheme is formulated .
