新能源汽車高效率長(zhǎng)壽命低噪音變速箱技術(shù)分析

摘 要：高速齒輪箱是新能源汽車電驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵功能部件，其效率、壽命與噪聲直接決定整車的性能與可靠性。文中陳述了新能源汽車變速器的優(yōu)點(diǎn)及類型，對(duì)變速器關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了分析，對(duì)開展高速齒輪變速箱正向設(shè)計(jì)和關(guān)鍵零部件制造技術(shù)等，推進(jìn)新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略布局具有重要意義。

Abstract：High-speed gearbox is the key functional component of the electric drive system of new energy vehicles， and its efficiency， life and noise directly determine the performance and reliability of the whole vehicle. This paper states the advantages and types of new energy vehicle transmissions， analyzes the key transmission technologies， and is of great significance for the forward design of high-speed gear gearboxes and the manufacturing technology of key parts， and promotes the strategic layout of the new energy vehicle industry.

1 引言

新能源電動(dòng)汽車的電機(jī)由于具有低速，即使轉(zhuǎn)速為零也可以產(chǎn)生很大轉(zhuǎn)矩和轉(zhuǎn)速非常廣的0-7000rpm工作范圍這兩個(gè)典型特點(diǎn)，在沒有搭載離合器與變速器的情形下，電動(dòng)汽車仍然可以正常工作，來完成行駛的基本功能。（剩余4003字）
