摘 要：為使東風(fēng)4DD型內(nèi)燃機(jī)車電氣控制系統(tǒng)的控制效率更好，運(yùn)行更穩(wěn)定可靠，介紹了東風(fēng)4DD型內(nèi)燃機(jī)車電氣控制系統(tǒng)，分析了設(shè)計(jì)了內(nèi)燃機(jī)車電氣控制系統(tǒng)，探討了以PLC控制技術(shù)為核心的內(nèi)燃機(jī)車電氣控制技術(shù)，研究了4DD型內(nèi)燃機(jī)的主要電控系統(tǒng)，以供內(nèi)燃機(jī)車電氣控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)參考。

Abstract：In order to make the control efficiency of the electrical control system of Dongfeng 4DD diesel locomotive better， the operation more stable and reliable， the electrical control system of Dongfeng 4DD diesel locomotive is introduced， the electrical control system of diesel locomotive is analyzed， the electrical control technology of diesel locomotive with PLC control technology as the core is discussed， and the main electronic control system of 4DD internal combustion engine is studied for the design reference of the electrical control system of diesel locomotives.

1 引言

隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)對各行業(yè)的不斷沖擊，在制造業(yè)上數(shù)控技術(shù)正在蓬勃發(fā)展，當(dāng)前市面上較為流行的電氣控制技術(shù)對內(nèi)燃機(jī)的控制系統(tǒng)有很好的發(fā)展平臺，基于數(shù)字化操作，對傳統(tǒng)的控制方式進(jìn)行改造，已經(jīng)成為了內(nèi)燃機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)改革的一大趨勢。（剩余4653字）
