虛擬匹配在汽車尺寸匹配的應(yīng)用研究

摘 要:虛擬匹配是使用零件3D掃描數(shù)據(jù)和先進(jìn)測量分析軟件來對制造完成的零件或總成進(jìn)行尺寸分析的技術(shù)。本文闡述了虛擬匹配與傳統(tǒng)的寸匹配過程相比的優(yōu)勢,介紹了虛擬匹配的常規(guī)操作流程,并給出了多種數(shù)據(jù)分析方法。并以某車型底盤擋孔問題為實(shí)例,具體介紹虛擬匹配方法在尺寸問題解決中的綜合應(yīng)用。

Application Research of Virtual Matching in Vehicle Size Matching

Abstract:Virtual matching is a technology that uses part 3D scan data and advanced measurement analysis software to perform dimensional analysis of manufactured parts or assemblies. This paper expounds the advantages of virtual matching compared with the traditional inch matching process, introduces the routine operation process of virtual matching, and gives a variety of data analysis methods. Taking the problem of a certain vehicle chassis stopper hole as an example, the comprehensive application of the virtual matching method in the solution of the size problem is introduced in detail.

1 引言
隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)連續(xù)多年的快速增長,汽車消費(fèi)已經(jīng)走進(jìn)了千家萬戶,汽車的普及熱潮之后,隨之而來的是對車輛要求的提高,首當(dāng)其沖的就是對汽車外觀顏值要求的提高,車輛是否美觀,除了跟造型設(shè)計(jì)密切相關(guān)外,跟我們的做工是否精致有很大關(guān)系,尺寸匹配除了對外觀的影響,同時(shí)對風(fēng)噪聲、密封性、行駛平穩(wěn)性等整車性能也有很大的影響。(剩余3952字)
