基于結(jié)構(gòu)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化的輕量化汽車尾門設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要:本文針對(duì)某款電動(dòng)汽車尾門,將鈑金材料替換為復(fù)合材料,并對(duì)復(fù)合材料尾門結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),最大的實(shí)現(xiàn)汽車尾門的輕量化。首先簡單介紹了拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化理論和方法,然后對(duì)比了鈑金材料與復(fù)合材料的重要性能,接著利用OptiStruct軟件對(duì)塑料尾門進(jìn)行有限元分析,并進(jìn)行性能和重量的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。

Design of Lightweight Automobile Tailgate based on Structural Topology Optimization

Abstract:This paper replaces sheet metal materials with composite materials for a certain electric vehicle tailgate, and optimizes the design of the composite tailgate structure to maximize the lightweight of the tailgate. Firstly, the theory and method of topology optimization are briefly introduced, and then the important properties of sheet metal materials and composite materials are compared, and then the finite element analysis of the plastic tailgate is carried out by OptiStruct software, and the optimization design of performance and weight is carried out.
