摘 要:針對(duì)缸體噴油嘴面銑削刀具頻繁崩刀斷刀的問題,結(jié)合加工工藝,分析了可能導(dǎo)致該問題發(fā)生的多種因素,最終找到毛坯余量、刀具加工路徑、刀具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)三個(gè)方面的影響因素,并針對(duì)這三個(gè)影響因素減小加工余量、更改加工路徑、擴(kuò)大刀具容屑槽等措施,解決了崩刀斷刀問題。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of frequent chipping and breaking of the milling tool on the face of the cylinder injector, combined with the processing technology, the factors that may lead to the occurrence of the problem are analyzed, and finally three factors including the blank allowance, the tool processing path and the tool structure design are found. In view of the three influencing factors, reducing the machining allowance, changing the machining path, and expanding the tool chip flute and other measures, the problem of chipping and tool breakage has been solved.
