基于兩門小車型車門密封條系統(tǒng)的關(guān)門能量優(yōu)化

摘 要:關(guān)門力是衡量關(guān)門品質(zhì)的重要指標(biāo),而密封條在關(guān)門力中占據(jù)大部分因素(占比約35%)。通過對項(xiàng)目車的(兩門車型)關(guān)門力分析,對密封條進(jìn)行前期CAE分析、斷面優(yōu)化,從而達(dá)到優(yōu)化兩門小車型車門關(guān)門能量的目的,實(shí)現(xiàn)關(guān)門系統(tǒng)關(guān)門能量的穩(wěn)定性,提高用戶使用(開關(guān)門)品質(zhì)。

Optimization of Closing Energy based on Door Sealing Strip System of Two-door Small Car

Abstract:Door closing force is an important indicator to measure the quality of door closing, and the sealing strip accounts for most of the factors (about 35%) in the door closing force. Through the analysis of the closing force of the project vehicle (two-door model), the pre-CAE analysis and cross-section optimization of the sealing strip are carried out, so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing the closing energy of the two-door small vehicle door, realize the stability of the closing energy of the closing system, and improve the user experience of opening and closing door.
