基于固定點法的數(shù)字溫度計測量不確定度分析

【摘要】采用固定點裝置對數(shù)字溫度計進(jìn)行校準(zhǔn),能夠有效提升校準(zhǔn)不確定度水平。本文對基于固定點裝置的校準(zhǔn)方法進(jìn)行了描述,并對校準(zhǔn)結(jié)果的不確定度進(jìn)行了分析。研究結(jié)果表明,采用固定點裝置對數(shù)字溫度計進(jìn)行校準(zhǔn)能夠有效提高不確定度水平,有利于高精度數(shù)字溫度計技術(shù)的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用場景的拓展。

Analysis of Measurement Uncertainty of Digital Thermometer Based on Fixed Point Method

Abstract: The calibration of digital thermometers using a fixed-point device can effectively improve the calibration uncertainty level. This paper describes the calibration method based on the fixed-point device and analyzed the uncertainty of the calibration results. The results show that the calibration of digital thermometers using fixed-point devices can effectively improve the level of uncertainty, which was conducive to the development of high-precision digital thermometer technology and the expansion of application scenarios.
