【摘要】依據(jù)JJF 1059.1—2019《測(cè)量不確定度的評(píng)定與表示》，對(duì)三倍頻試驗(yàn)裝置交流輸出電壓、頻率、電壓保持時(shí)間測(cè)量結(jié)果進(jìn)行不確定度評(píng)定。
