【摘要】本文從“鬼秤”現(xiàn)象的現(xiàn)狀入手，分析了其對市場經(jīng)濟(jì)和消費(fèi)者權(quán)益的影響，并從衡器生產(chǎn)、銷售、使用和監(jiān)管等方面提出了加強(qiáng)衡器管理的措施和建議，旨在為我國衡器市場的健康發(fā)展提供參考。

Abstract： This article starts with the current situation of the deceptive scale phenomenon， analyzes its impact on the market economy and consumer rights， and proposes measures and suggestions to strengthen the management of scales from the aspects of production， sales， use， and regulation. The aim of the article is to provide reference for the healthy development of the scale market in our country.
