【摘要】本文介紹了用氮中氧氣體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)檢定電化學(xué)氧測定儀、順磁式氧分析器、氧化鋯氧分析器、微量氧分析儀示值誤差測量結(jié)果的不確定度評定方法。

Abstract： This paper introduces a method for evaluating the uncertainty of the measurement results of the indication error of the electrochemical oxygen analyzer， paramagnetic oxygen analyzer， zirconia oxygen analyzer and trace oxygen analyzer for the verification of oxygen gas reference material in nitrogen.
