液浸式變壓器油箱耐受試驗(yàn)研究實(shí)踐

【摘要】風(fēng)電機(jī)艙用液浸式變壓器客戶要求進(jìn)行油箱耐受試驗(yàn)，按照BS EN 50464—4：2007標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)有許多限制條件，導(dǎo)致試驗(yàn)過程中存在一些干擾。為了達(dá)到同樣的驗(yàn)證效果，本文提出了新的試驗(yàn)方法并實(shí)施驗(yàn)證，在試驗(yàn)過程中也發(fā)現(xiàn)了一些問題，在此提出以供以后試驗(yàn)中予以注意。

Research and Practice on Oil Tank Tolerance Test of Liquid Immersed Transformer

Abstract： The customer of the liquid-immersed transformer used in the wind turbine engine room requires the oil tank endurance test. There are many restrictions in the test according to the standard BS EN 50464—4：2007， which leads to some interference during the test. In order to achieve the same verification effect， a new test method is put forward and verified， and some problems are also found in the test process， which are put forward here for attention in future tests.

隨著風(fēng)電行業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展，單臺(tái)機(jī)組容量越來越大，所需要的機(jī)艙內(nèi)配套變壓器容量和電壓等級(jí)也越來越高，由于機(jī)艙處于百米高空，要求其體積和重量越小越好，隨著容量和電壓等級(jí)的升高，目前干式變壓器已沒有了優(yōu)勢，越來越多的風(fēng)機(jī)廠家選擇液浸式變壓器作為機(jī)艙變。（剩余3549字）
