學(xué)術(shù)期刊編輯人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)探析

【摘要】學(xué)術(shù)期刊的發(fā)展離不開編輯人才隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)，提高學(xué)術(shù)期刊編輯人才隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)是學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)展繁榮的重要一環(huán)。在分析學(xué)術(shù)期刊編輯特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上，針對(duì)當(dāng)前編輯人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)面臨的問題，本文給出了人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的路徑對(duì)策，為學(xué)術(shù)期刊人才隊(duì)伍培養(yǎng)及期刊建設(shè)發(fā)展提供參考。

An Analysis of the Construction of Talent Teams for Academic Journal Editors

Abstract： The development of academic journals cannot be separated from the construction of the editorial talent team， and improving the quality of the editorial talent team is an important part of the prosperity of academic journals. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of academic journal editors， this article provides a path and strategy for talent team construction in response to the current problems faced by the construction of editorial talent teams， providing reference for the cultivation of academic journal talent teams and the development of journal construction.
