摘 要:本文對某在研車型的左、右前車門關(guān)閉困難的現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了研究,通過對車門系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)和性能參數(shù)的對比分析,找到了引起車門關(guān)閉困難的原因,并給出了解決方案。

Abstract: The article analyzes the problem of asymmetry of left and right doors closing performance of a certain model. Through the comparative analysis of the design parameters and performance parameters, the key-point of the problem is found and solutions are given.

車門關(guān)閉性能是客戶感知汽車質(zhì)量的重要指標(biāo),隨著消費(fèi)者對汽車質(zhì)量要求的日益提高,車門系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)已成為汽車設(shè)計(jì)中的重要一環(huán)。(剩余6059字)
