摘 要:本文闡述了某卡車在可靠性試驗中擋泥板支架和保險杠失效問題的分析應(yīng)對過程,描述通過CAE分析、結(jié)構(gòu)材料工藝分析、實車驗證的過程,總結(jié)了可參考借鑒的分析應(yīng)對方法。

Abstract: In this paper, the analysis and response process of fender support and bumper failure in reliability test of a truck has been described. According to the results of CAE analysis, structural material process analysis and real vehicle verification, the analysis methods that can be used has been summarized.

1 某卡車擋泥板支架失效分析
1.1 問題描述
某卡車在進(jìn)行可靠性試驗中壞路試驗154Km時(輔助里程1009Km),左前輪后擋泥板支架斷裂,斷裂處為懸臂直管根部與鑄件支座的焊接處。(剩余4457字)
