汽車尾門密封條壓縮仿真的影響因素研究

摘  要:運(yùn)用非線性有限元方法對汽車尾門密封條壓縮進(jìn)行仿真分析,并對兩種影響因素下的壓縮變形及壓縮力進(jìn)行仿真和試驗的對比。結(jié)果表明,橡膠材料的Mullins效應(yīng)明顯影響汽車尾門密封條的壓縮變形及壓縮力;通過摩擦力試驗獲取的尾門及其密封條間的滑動摩擦因數(shù),可直接用于密封條壓縮仿真分析。

Abstract: The nonlinear finite element method is used to simulate the compression of automobile tailgate sealing strip, and the compression deformation and compression force under the two influencing factors are simulated and compared with the test. The results show that the Mullins effect of rubber material obviously affects the compression deformation and compression force of automobile tailgate sealing strip; the sliding friction coefficient between the tailgate and its sealing strip obtained from the friction test can be directly used for the compression simulation analysis of the sealing strip.
