羅哌卡因腰麻麻醉在肛腸手術(shù)中的效果評(píng)價(jià)

【摘 要】目的：分析羅哌卡因腰麻麻醉在肛腸手術(shù)中的效果評(píng)價(jià)。方法：將60例肛腸手術(shù)患者作為本次研究對(duì)象，均來(lái)源于我院2018年1月至2021年6月期間，按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將其歸納為觀察組、對(duì)照組，各30例，對(duì)照組實(shí)施布比卡因腰麻麻醉，觀察組實(shí)施羅哌卡因腰麻麻醉，分析兩組手術(shù)麻醉效果。結(jié)果：觀察組感覺(jué)阻滯持續(xù)時(shí)間、最大感覺(jué)阻滯平面、最大感覺(jué)阻滯時(shí)間顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，且運(yùn)動(dòng)阻滯測(cè)試（Bromage）評(píng)分明顯低于對(duì)照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：Analysis of the effect of ropivacaine spinal anesthesia in anorectal surgery.Methods：Sixty patients undergoing anorectal surgery were taken as the object of this study， all from our hospital from Jan 2018 to June 2021.
