比較研究在腮腺淺葉良性腫瘤患者治療中行腮腺淺葉部分切除術(shù)、腮腺淺葉切除術(shù)的臨床效果

【摘 要】目的：分析對(duì)于腮腺淺葉良性腫瘤患者采用腮腺淺葉部分切除術(shù)或者腮腺淺葉切除術(shù)的治療價(jià)值。方法：對(duì)照組行傳統(tǒng)腮腺淺葉切除術(shù)治療，同期觀察組采用腮腺淺葉部分切除術(shù)治療。結(jié)果：手術(shù)用時(shí)、失血量、手術(shù)中切口長(zhǎng)度以及面神經(jīng)分支的解剖數(shù)目等觀察組較對(duì)照組更短（少）（P0.05）；術(shù)后腺體功能保留率觀察組為97.22%，對(duì)照組為19.44%（P
