觀察綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)措施對乳腺癌改良根治術(shù)后患者心理狀態(tài)的影響

【摘 要】目的：探討乳腺癌改良根治術(shù)后實施綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)的臨床心理狀態(tài)改變情況。方法：抽取我院收治的乳腺癌手術(shù)患者200例作為研究對象，根據(jù)護(hù)理方案分為兩組，對照組實施常規(guī)的護(hù)理措施，觀察組實施綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)，比較兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：觀察組實施綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)后患者的心理狀態(tài)中的焦慮和抑郁評分優(yōu)于對照組；觀察組的對應(yīng)能力優(yōu)于對照組；觀察組患者滿意度優(yōu)于對照組；差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the changes in the clinical psychological state of comprehensive nursing intervention after modified radical mastectomy. Methods：Two hundred cases of breast cancer surgery patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the nursing plan.The control group implemented conventional nursing measures，and the observation group implemented comprehensive nursing interventions.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
