【摘 要】目的:胎兒羊水細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)及核型分析的教學(xué)思考。方法:選擇2019年9月至2021年6月,帶教的60例檢驗(yàn)科規(guī)培生進(jìn)行研究,分為觀察組(30名,“關(guān)卡式”綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué))和對(duì)照組(30名,傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法)。對(duì)比兩組研究對(duì)象的教學(xué)效果。結(jié)果:觀察組規(guī)培生的理論考核評(píng)分、實(shí)操考核評(píng)分明顯高于對(duì)照組,數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P

【Abstract】Objective: To study the teaching of fetal amniotic fluid cell culture and karyotype analysis. Methods: from September 2019 to June 2021, 60 standardized students in laboratory department were selected for research. They were divided into observation group(30 cases,"checkpoint" comprehensive experimental teaching) and control group(30 cases, traditional teaching method).
