腹腔鏡是治療婦科疾病的主要方法之一，其相較于開放性手術(shù)，可降低患者的手術(shù)創(chuàng)傷程度，具有并發(fā)癥少、術(shù)后恢復(fù)快等優(yōu)點[1-2]，但是受到手術(shù)應(yīng)激、麻醉等的影響，患者在手術(shù)中可能出現(xiàn)低體溫的情況，這樣則會增加患者心律失常、蘇醒期躁動、蘇醒延遲等不良反應(yīng)的概率[3-4]，影響患者的預(yù)后，因此，在患者腹腔鏡手術(shù)的過程中，加強其低體溫的預(yù)防干預(yù)，來保證手術(shù)的順利實施，十分必要。（剩余2914字）
