乳腺鉬靶X線攝影聯(lián)合彩色多普勒超聲診斷T1期乳腺癌的價(jià)值

【摘 要】目的：對T1期乳腺癌患者聯(lián)合應(yīng)用乳腺鉬靶及彩色多普勒超聲診斷，并分析其診斷價(jià)值。方法：選取2019年2月至2021年10月，在我院治療的42例T1 期乳腺癌患者，所有患者均應(yīng)用乳腺 X 線鉬靶檢查及彩色多普勒超聲檢查，比較兩者單獨(dú)診斷及聯(lián)合診斷的符合率。結(jié)果：乳腺 X 線鉬靶診斷T1 期乳腺癌的陽性符合率為64.29%，彩色多普勒超聲診斷陽性符合率為59.52%，聯(lián)合診斷陽性符合率為83.33%，聯(lián)合診斷陽性符合率明顯高于兩者單獨(dú)診斷（P
